Introduction
to Vipassana Meditation
Vipassana,
which means to see things as they really are, is one of India's
most ancient techniques of meditation. It was taught in India
more than 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for universal
ills, an Art of Living. To those who are not familiar with
Vipassana Meditation we recommend visiting the international
Vipassana website for an introduction.
To Apply for a Course
To learn Vipassana Meditation one needs
to develop one's own experience during a residential ten day

About Fiji Vipassana
Residential Vipassana courses
in this tradition started in Fiji in December 2009 at the Corpus Christi
Teacher Training College, a rented site in Suva. Most participants came either
after attending introductory film screenings the previous year, or after
reading about the course in the newspaper. .
Film screenings
The organisers hold film screenings from time to time once or twice a year.
They show introductory videos about the Vipassana technique. Screenings can also be arranged on request.
